Draft — pending legal review. This document is a working draft prepared as a solid starting point. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and must be finalized by legal counsel before Qryptix accepts any funds.
Last updated: 23 September 2026 (draft)
This draft outlines circumstances under which a PreSale participant may request a refund review. It must be finalised before purchases open. Participation is speculative; a request does not guarantee a refund.
Qryptix is an early-stage crypto project. We recognise that participants contribute funds before the token is launched or claimable. This policy is intended to give participants a clear, honest understanding of when funds may be returned if the project cannot deliver a viable launch.
A refund may be available if any of the following occur:
In these situations, participants may request a refund review through the Dashboard, subject to the conditions in Section 4.
A refund is not automatically available in the following situations:
These reflect normal market and project risks that every participant accepts when taking part in an early-stage crypto project.
Once tokens have been claimed or distributed at or after TGE (Token Generation Event), the PreSale participation is considered fulfilled and no automatic refund applies.
Refund requests are submitted through your Qryptix Dashboard under the Refund section. Each request moves through the following states: requested → under review → approved or rejected → paid. You can track the status of your request at any time in the Dashboard.
Where technically possible, refunds are issued in the same currency used for the original payment (for example USDC on Base). Network and gas fees incurred during the original transaction or the refund transaction are generally not refundable.
This policy may be updated as the project structure, operating entity, and legal framework are finalised. Material changes will be communicated through the official channels. The version published on qryptix.io at the time of your participation governs your refund rights.
Questions about this policy can be directed to dennis@qryptix.io. This document is a working draft and must be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before Qryptix accepts any funds.
